 Poole finished up his great season with a win at sectionals but was
unable to advance, going 1-2 on the day.Koning went 3-1 on the
day and brought home a third-place sectional trophy.
Koning advances to the IKWF Intermediate State Championship in
Danville on March 21 and 22 to compete with over 800 other grapplers
ages 10 and under.
Max enters the state championship tournament with a record of 29
wins and only seven defeats.
