Saturday morning approximately 60 children, and possibly that many parents, met in Latham Park to take a tour of the city, trick-or-treating with Mayor Keith Snyder.
The Halloween parade included stops at more than a dozen local businesses, where children were given tons of treats.

It's Halloween, and who you think you see may not be who you're seeing at all. Is that Lincoln Fire Chief Kent Hulett, or is it really Mayor Keith Snyder?

This colorful clown is a very cunning disguise! Look closely, is that city Alderwoman Joni Tibbs?

And who is this lovely white-clad lady? It's Wanda Lee Rohlfs of Main Street Lincoln.

This little Pooh may have won the prize for the happiest little character in the parade!

This lady vampire was prepared to take a bite out of anyone who failed to offer candy to the kids.

Roger Matson of Action Rentals and Sales got into the spirit of the day with a costume and had spooky music playing as he handed out treats.

"My eyes are getting heavy!" The parade went several blocks in downtown Lincoln. By the end, this little guy was looking a little weary.

This sweet little scarecrow had a challenge keeping the breeze from taking her hat!
