LC coach Mark Tippett was not able to attend the match.
Assistant coach Samantha McCoy commented: "We played pretty well
overall. We struggled a little in the first game -- there were a lot
of volleys back and forth. Danville had the lead in the first game,
and we were neck-and-neck that whole time. We pulled through with
the win in the first game, and the girls got it together and had the
lead the whole second and third game."
LC is off for fall break and then will be in action again on
Tuesday for a home match against John Wood CC.
