McFadden leads Red Lions to victory

[October 23, 2009]  ST. LOUIS -- Jamie McFadden, with 22 kills and six digs, led the Red Lions of Lincoln Christian University to a four-game volleyball victory over St. Louis College of Pharmacy in St. Louis on Thursday evening.

After winning the first game 25-22, LC had the second taken 24-26 by St. Louis. The Red Lions then turned up the heat and finished the last two games 25-18 and 25-15.

McFadden received a lot of help from Krystine Schnautz, who had 19 kills, one assist and five digs; Nicki Wingfield, with 11 kills and one dig; and Adriane Tschantz, with five kills and one dig. Setter Megan Callahan had 58 assists and two digs. Libero Jessica Crowl had six digs.

LCU, at 19-6, will next play at home Tuesday, when they host Eureka College.
