The Center of Success had a ribbon-cut yesterday morning. Lincoln & Logan County Development Partnership director Joel Smiley and SCORE volunteer Sonnie Alexander did the honors. The office, located at 600 Broadway in downtown Lincoln, will assist new businesses through reduced startup costs and professional assistance.
