Lincoln Police Department reports for Tuesday, Sept. 29
Hit-and-run on Sept. 20 at 2:02 a.m.; Seventh Street, 277 feet
east of South State Street

Logan's vehicle was parked on Seventh Street, just west of the
alley. Logan heard a loud truck in the alley next to his residence,
then heard what sounded like an accident. As he looked outside he
saw a large blue truck driving away from his vehicle. Logan's
vehicle was damaged on the back quarter panel on the driver's side.
The unknown driver and vehicle were not located.

Property damage on Sept. 20 at 5:27 p.m.; Fourth Street, 185
feet west of Decatur Street

A witness said the unknown driver turned onto Fourth Street from
Decatur Street and was spinning the vehicle's tires while traveling
west on Fourth Street. The unknown driver struck a sign in the
crosswalk in the middle of the block, knocking it over, and left the
scene. The witness said the vehicle was a small brown pickup truck
with some yellow paint on it. The vehicle was not located.
