				Ackerman, Craig E., 19-year-old male, 
				Lincoln; 2011 Chevrolet Colorado Ackerman said that he was westbound on Fifth Street. He stopped 
			behind a vehicle that was waiting to turn left onto Elm. Cook was coming up behind Ackerman and told police he dropped his 
			cell phone, looked down to retrieve it, and when he looked up he saw 
			that he was about to rear-end the Ackerman vehicle, so he swerved to 
			the right. In the end, he sideswiped the passenger side of the 
			Ackerman auto. Cook was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions and 
			operating an uninsured vehicle. Hit-and-run in the 800 block of North Kankakee Kunkel reported to police that she parked her car in the 800 
			block of North Kankakee and at approximately 10 p.m. on the Aug. 20 
			she saw that it was in good condition. Sometime between then and the 
			following morning an unknown vehicle sideswiped the Kunkel auto, 
			causing damage to the driver's side of the vehicle. Auto versus pedal cyclist at Woodlawn and North College Incident occurred at 7:07 a.m. Aug. 21.

				45-year-old male, Lincoln; on bike
				Yarcho, Martin J., 53-year-old male, 
				Lincoln; 2008 Ford Fusion According to the police report, Riva was southbound on North 
			College at the intersection with Woodlawn. He had the red light to 
			stop but failed to do so. Entering into the intersection, he struck 
			the vehicle owned by Yarcho. Riva refused treatment for his injuries. Accident involving underage driver Incident occurred at 4:12 p.m. Aug. 19 on Illinois Route 10 near 
			the Ag-Land FS.

				West, Ronald E., 49-year-old male, 
				Waynesville; 2001 Chevrolet Silverado owned by Hoblit Seed Co. West was on Illinois Route 10, slowing to turn right into the 
			driveway of the Ag-Land FS facility, when his vehicle was rear-ended 
			by a licensed driver under the age of 18. The underage driver said that while looking down to adjust the 
			vehicle's radio, he or she struck the vehicle being driven by West. The underage driver was ticketed for driving too fast for 
			conditions and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. [to

				42-year-old female, of Lincoln, arrested Aug. 22 (no location 
				listed) on Class A charge of disorderly conduct.
				Griffin, Nykko L., 
				18-year-old male, of Plainfield, arrested Aug. 21 on Class C 
				charge of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams.
				List, Joel B., 
				44-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Aug. 21 on Lincoln 
				Parkway at North Jefferson Street on Class A charge of driving 
				with a license suspended.
				Marcum, Joshua D., 
				27-year-old male, of San Jose, arrested Aug. 21 on Hamilton at 
				Keokuk on Class A charge of driving under the influence.
				Sims, Derrick T., 23-year-old male, of 
				Chicago, arrested Aug. 21 on North College on Class A charge of 
				aggravated assault, Class A charge of battery, Class A charge of 
				criminal damage to property and Class X charge of home invasion. Logan County Sheriff Department reports for Monday, Aug. 23 
				
				Allen, Kiya E., 
				19-year-old female, of Lincoln, arrested Aug. 20 at Pulaski and 
				Gillette streets on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear 
				on charges of theft. Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent.
				Cook, Sandra K., 35-year-old female, of 
				Lincoln, arrested Aug. 20 at the Logan County Safety Complex on 
				a Logan County warrant charging contempt. Bond was set at $250 
				cash. Illinois State Police report for Monday, Aug. 23 
				England, Samantha G., 19-year-old female, of Peoria Heights, 
				arrested Aug. 20 on Interstate 55 in the southbound lanes at the 
				114 mile marker on a DeWitt County warrant. Bond was set at 
				$5,000, 10 percent. Vehicle was towed from the scene.
