Incident occurred at 8:18 a.m. on Aug. 25.

Chamberlain, Jeanette S., 67-year-old
female, Lincoln; 2008 Chevrolet Impala
Depue told police that she was new to the area, and lost. She was
trying to find a specific address and mistakenly ran a red light.
She was then struck by Chamberlain, who had the green light and was
passing through the intersection.
Depue was ticketed for disobeying a traffic control device.
Accident on Lincoln Parkway at Woodlawn intersection
Incident occurred at 12:30 p.m. on Aug. 25.

Timms, Marla B.,
62-year-old female, Lincoln; 2005 Ford Freestar

Mills, Chantel R.,
37-year-old female, Lincoln; 2006 Honda Pilot
Timms was southbound on Lincoln Parkway, approaching Woodlawn
Road and preparing to turn right onto Woodlawn. Mills was at the
stop, also preparing to turn right on Woodlawn. Timms said she
thought the Mills vehicle was in the process of completing her turn.
However, Mills was not. Timms rear-ended the Mills vehicle and was
subsequently ticketed for driving too fast for conditions.
Lincoln Police Department report for Friday, Aug. 27
- Payne, Aaron D., 20-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Aug.
26 in the 1000 block of North College on Class A charge of
illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and Class A charge of
obstructing justice.
