 Paperwork shows Sarah Palin's daughter, a recent "Dancing
with the Stars" participant, is the sole purchaser of the five-bedroom house in the town of Maricopa. She bought it for $172,000 from a North Dakota couple.It's not clear if Bristol Palin will be a seasonal visitor or a permanent resident at the home.
According to real estate websites, the house is a two-level, brown stucco with a tile roof and a landscaped front and back yard. It doesn't have its own swimming pool, but there is a community pool.
The Arizona Republic reports the 3,900-square-foot home was built in 2006. It has 2 1/2 baths and a three-car garage.
