Cremation rites have been accorded. Burial will be
at a later date in Union Cemetery.
Peasley Funeral Home in Lincoln is in charge of
arrangements.
She was born in Decatur on July 21, 1911, a
daughter of Frank L. and Birdie Patterson Cox.
One sister, Katherine F. Pyle, preceded her in
death.
Mrs. Cox was a member of Lincoln Christian
Church.
She was a resident of the Christian Nursing Home
for many years. Before returning to Lincoln, she had
lived in Decatur; Falls Church, Va.; and Seattle,
Wash.
Memorials may be made to the Christian Nursing
Home.
