Accident report for Wednesday, Feb. 17 One-vehicle accident on
21st Street
Feb. 15 at 5:32 p.m.
- Cody L. Peterson, 22, of Lincoln; 1988 Chevrolet small
conventional cab pickup
Peterson reported he was westbound on 21st Street nearing North
Main when he lost control of his vehicle. The pickup truck slid into
the eastbound lane, then proceeded through a ditch and came to a
stop when it made contact with a street sign.
Minor damage was recorded on both the vehicle and the street
sign.
Peterson was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions and
failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department reports for
Wednesday, Feb. 17

Brewer, Vincent,
47-year-old male, Lincoln; arrested Feb. 17 at the intersection
of Woodlawn and Grand in Lincoln on Class A charges of driving
with a license suspended.

Larson, Tracy A.,
39-year-old female, Atlanta; arrested Feb. 16 at the Logan
County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant for failure to
appear. Bond $1,000, 10 percent.

Weber, George T., 60-year-old male,
Rochester; arrested Feb. 17 on northbound Interstate 55 at mile
marker 131 on Class A charges of driving under the influence
with an alcohol level of 0.08. Vehicle was towed.
