The local response to providing needed medical and food supplies for
Haiti earthquake relief has been great. The mountain of crutches and
walkers continues to grow, along with the donated medicines, medical
supplies, infant needs and food. Steve Collins, Haitian Christian
Outreach representative and LCU faculty member, estimates these
supplies could be in Port-au-Prince within three weeks. LCU
students will begin packing items for transfer on Monday.
Individuals and organizations who would like to drop off their
donations at LCU are encouraged to sort, pack (in cardboard or
plastic boxes), and label items before dropping them off at Taylor
Hall. This will make the students' work go more quickly and easily.

items needed and a way to donate online.
