LAWTON, Okla. -- Carroll R. "Hoppy"
Hopwood, 77, of Lawton, Okla., died Monday, July 5, 2010, in Norman,
Okla. |

A memorial service will be scheduled at Holland
Barry & Bennett Funeral Home in Lincoln, Ill., at a
later date. Survivors include his wife, Estella,
of Lawton; his son, Arthur Hopwood of Lincoln, Ill.;
his brother and sister-in-law, Virgil and Connie
Hopwood of Kalamazoo, Mich.; his sister and
brother-in-law, Wanda and Donald Haines of McLean,
Ill.; one grandson, Arthur Hopwood II of Lincoln,
Ill.; his former daughter-in-law, Kathy Hopwood of
Lincoln, Ill.; and his childhood friend Pat Langley
of Robinson, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his
sister, Helen Marshal; and one grandson, Charles
Hopwood.
