LINCOLN -- David L. Laughery, 57, of
Lincoln, died Friday, July 23, 2010, at 2:55 p.m. at Maple Ridge
Care Centre.
His body was cremated.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 31, in Harmony Cemetery, Beason,
with the Rev. Becky Barrow officiating. |

Mr. Laughery had been a technician at Lincoln
Developmental Center. He was born Oct. 23, 1952,
in Lincoln. His parents were George Russell and Anna
Jeanette Simons Laughery.
He is survived by one daughter, Shannon Laughery
of Lincoln; one sister, Mary Ann (and Gary) Cecil of
Lincoln; a sister-in-law, Laura Laughery of Lincoln;
one niece, Holly (and Rick) McGlothlin of Pekin; and
two great-nephews, Keaton and Kyle.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one
brother, Chuck Laughery.
He was a member of First United Methodist Church
of Lincoln. |
