Mike Starasta from the Lincoln Rotary Club reads to Mrs. Elam's first-graders at Adams School on Friday. This is part of Rotary's literacy effort in the community to encourage children to read. Earlier in the year Rotary teamed with the local parent-teacher organizations to provide funds for kindergarten teachers to buy books for children in their classrooms.
