Weather Alert, 12:33 p.m.: A storm coming out of the south is bringing high winds and heavy lightning to Logan County.
At a loss for words. Dan Fulscher, Logan County Emergency Management Agency director, thought the open house last night would give him the opportunity to give recognition to others who have been vital to the center's progress. Instead he found out the center has been renamed the Daniel A. Fulscher Emergency Operations and Communications Center in his honor.
