NOTICE
Notice is given to claimants of the Estate of Jacqueline Creager,
deceased.
Letters of Office were issued on May 17, 2010, to Paula Jean
Creager, Springfield, Illinois and Caryn Martin, Athens, Illinois, as
Independent Co-Administrators, whose attorney is Hugh F. Drake, Brown,
Hay & Stephens, LLP, 205 South Fifth Street, Suite 700, Springfield, IL
62701. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court, Sangamon County Complex, 200 South Ninth
Street, Springfield, Illinois, 62701, or with the representative, or
both, on or before the 8th day of December, 2010, or three months from
the date the representative mailed or delivered a Notice to Creditor,
whichever is later. Any claim not filed within that period is barred.
Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to
the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been
filed.

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY
HEATING, PLUMBING, AND STRUCTURAL
CONTRACTORS NEEDED
Community
Action Partnership of Central Illinois will be conducting
informational meetings for contractors interested in participating in
the Weatherization Program during the period of July 1, 2010 through
June 30, 2012.
Furnace and
Plumbing Contractors will meet on June 3, 2010 at 9:00 AM and Structural
Contractors will meet on June 3, 2010 at 1:30 PM. All meetings will be
held at the Community Action Partnership of Central Illinois office
located at, 1800 5th Street Lincoln, IL.
All Contractors wishing to attend these meetings must call our office at
(217) 732-2159 ext. 231 by 4:00 PM on May 31, 2010 to register their
company name and how many will attend.
The purpose of
these meetings is to explain the Illinois Home Weatherization Program.
All contractors who attend will be given a contractor pre-qualification
application, material/labor specification list, and a bid package.
A Letter of
Interest must be received by 4:00 PM June 14, 2010 at the Community
Action Partnership of Central Illinois office located at, 1800 5th
Street Lincoln, IL.
All bids are due
by 4:00 PM on June 21, 2010 at the Community Action Partnership of
Central Illinois office located at, 1800 5th Street Lincoln, IL.
Bids will be
evaluated and a rate will be negotiated at meetings on June 24, 2010
Furnace and Plumbing Contractors at 9:00 AM and Structural Contractors
at 1:30 PM.
Examples of procedures are weather-stripping, caulking, installing
insulation, window and door re-pair/replacement, furnace retrofit,
repair/replacement, water heater replacement, and minor structural
repairs. Further details will be provided at the meetings. Please

attend one or more of these meetings.
