Russell S., 48-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested
Nov. 2 at his residence on Class A charge of
battery.

Hart,
Brandon D., 26-year-old male, of Warrensburg,
arrested Nov. 3 at the intersection of Woodlawn Road
and North Jefferson Street on a Macon County warrant
for failure to appear. Citation also listed charges
of Class C possession of cannabis less than 2.5
grams and Class A possession of drug paraphernalia.
Two bonds were listed at $500 each, cash.

Rice, Michael K.,
40-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 3 near
his residence on Class A charge of possession of
cannabis 10 to 30 grams.
Logan County Sheriff's
Department arrests
- Justice, Travis L., 26-year-old male, of Havana,
arrested Nov. 2 at the Mason County Jail in Havana
on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear.
Bond was set at $5,000, 10 percent.
