Lincoln Police Department arrests
- Carkulis, Catherine A., 46-year-old female, of Lincoln,
arrested in the 900 block of Woodlawn Road on Class A charge of
driving with a license suspended, Class 1 charge of aggravated
battery to a police officer and Class 4 charge of resisting or
obstructing a peace officer. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

arrests

Baker, Troy R.,
39-year-old male, of Middletown, arrested Oct. 29 at his
residence on Class A charge of driving with a license revoked.

Darneille, David M., 47-year-old male,
of Mechanicsburg, arrested in the Comcast parking lot in the
1100 block of Keokuk on Class A charge of driving with a license
revoked.

Illinois State Police arrests
- Evans, Paul M., 55-year-old male, of Springfield, arrested
Oct. 28 in the southbound lanes of Interstate 55 at the 139 mile
marker on charges of driving under the influence, driving under
the influence with a blood-alcohol level above 0.08, and
Illinois Vehicle Code 625 ILCS 5/11-709, which pertains to
driving within the boundaries of one lane.
