Budd, Ronald C., 79-year-old
male, Lincoln; 2011 Buick
Lucerne
Budd was westbound on
Broadway with Farmer parked in a
space on the north side of the
square. Farmer said she began to
back out of the space and did
not see Budd coming. She backed
into the Budd vehicle.
Farmer was ticketed for
improper backing.
Nov. 11, 7:55 a.m.
Accident occurred at the
intersection of Fifth Street and
Lincoln Parkway.

Elkins, Gladys M.,
78-year-old female,
Lawndale; 2005 Ford Explorer
Elkins said she was at the
intersection, preparing to turn
right, when a black truck
started through the intersection
from the opposite direction. She
thought the truck was going to
cross through, so she began to
make her turn. The turn suddenly
veered and did a U-turn in the
intersection. Elkins slammed on
the brakes to avoid that
collision and was hit from
behind by Pagel.
Pagel did receive a citation
in the incident.

of Woodlawn Road on Class C charge of possession of cannabis
less than 2.5 grams and Class A charge of possession of drug
paraphernalia.

40-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 11 at his residence
on Class 3 charge of theft under $300.

W., 33-year-old male, of Hartsburg, arrested Nov. 10 in the 700
block of Pulaski Street on Class A charge of battery.

20-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 11 at the Logan
County Safety Complex on Class A charge of retail theft.

Miller, Aubrey J.,
19-year-old female, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 10 in the 800
block of North Jackson on Class A charge of driving with a
license suspended.

Robbins, Justin E., 19-year-old male,
of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 11 on Class A charge of criminal
trespass and Class C charge of disorderly conduct.
Logan County Sheriff's Department

Commer, Martha K.,
27-year-old female, of Springfield, arrested Nov. 11 at the
Sangamon County Jail on a Logan County warrant for failure to
appear. Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent.

Giger, R. Michael, 40-year-old male, of
Lincoln, arrested Nov. 11 at his residence on a Logan County
warrant for failure to appear on charge of driving under the
influence. Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent.
