by Graue Chevrolet

Skelton, Christine J., 21-year-old male
of Lincoln; 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser
The PT Cruiser driven by Zurkammer was backed into a parking
spot. Zurkammer began to drive out of the spot while Skelton was
coming through the lot. Zurkammer struck the vehicle driven by
Skelton.

Accident occurred on North Ottawa, 115 feet south of Pekin
Street.

Podbelsek, Ann M., 47-year-old female,
Lincoln; 2002 Dodge Caravan
Barney said she had been westbound on Pekin. She stopped, then
turned left to go south on North Ottawa. As another vehicle was
coming from the south, Barney pulled over to give the vehicle room
and struck the car owned by Podbelsek, which was parked on the
right-hand side of the road.
Barney was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions and
failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

of Keokuk. Detail on report stated, "holding for Cook County."

19-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 29 at Centennial
Courts on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear, plus
Class C charge of possession of cannabis. Bond was set at $450
cash.

Chandler, Mekeeya
B., 19-year-old female, of Matteson, arrested Oct. 1 at
Nicholson Road and North Ottawa on Class B charge of no valid
driver's license.

Skelton, Jerry D., 20-year-old male, of
Lincoln, arrested Sept. 29 at his residence on Class 4 charge of
criminal sexual abuse and Class A charge of battery.
