Lincoln Police Department report for Monday, Sept. 27

  • Ballard, Tonya M., 30-year-old female, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 26 at her residence on a Logan County warrant charging failure to appear on charge of reckless driving. Bond was set at $5,000, 10 percent.

  • Brewer, Vincent B., 48-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 26 at his residence on Class C charge of disorderly conduct.

  • Dinger, David A., 33-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 26 at the Stringer Trailer Park on Class A charge of driving with a license revoked. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

  • Fulk, Jason, 41-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 25 at the intersection of Pulaski and LaDue on Class A charge of driving under the influence and Class C charge of possession of cannabis. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

  • Gardner, Cortez M., 18-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 26 at the intersection of Sherman and Keokuk on two Logan County warrants charging failure to appear. Bond was set at $4,000, 10 percent combined.

  • Long, Shaniqua J., 18-year-old female, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 24 at the intersection of Woodlawn and College on Class A charge of no valid driver's license and Class A charge of operating an uninsured vehicle. Bond was set at $300 cash. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

  • Sparks, Chad A., 38-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 27 at his residence on Class X charge of home invasion, Class A charge of battery and Class A charge of criminal damage to property.

Logan County Sheriff's Department report for Monday, Sept. 27

  • Cook, Jennifer E., 24-year-old female, of Broadwell, arrested Sept. 25 at her residence on a Logan County warrant and a McLean County warrant, both charging failure to appear. Bond for one was set at $3,000, 10 percent, and the other was set at $250 cash.

  • Flowers, Robert B., 41-year-old male, of Middletown, arrested Sept. 26 at his residence on a Class 2 felony charge of aggravated domestic battery, a Class 2 felony charge of aggravated battery and a Class A charge of disorderly conduct.

Illinois State Police report for Monday, Sept. 27

  • Anderson, Robert E., 37-year-old male, of Chicago, arrested Sept. 26 in the northbound lanes of Interstate 55 at the 122 mile marker on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear on charge of driving with a license revoked. Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent.
