4-H Window Display Contest results

[October 07, 2010]  Logan County 4-H clubs recently participated in a 4-H Window Display Contest throughout the county as part of National 4-H Week activities Oct. 4-10. This year's theme was "Meet the Future."

InsuranceClubs that participated were Atlanta Ag, with posters at the Atlanta post office; 4 Corner Clovers, with a window at Action Rentals in Lincoln; Middletown 4-Hers, with a display at New Holland-Middletown Elementary School; Topper 4-H, with a display at Downing, Przykopanski, Clements & May Agency in Mount Pulaski; and Wide-A-Wake 4-H, with a window at Pink Shutter in Lincoln.

First place went to 4 Corner Clovers for their window display at Action Rentals; second place to Middletown 4-Hers for their display at the school in Middletown, third place to Wide-A-Wake 4-H for their display at the Pink Shutter, and fourth place to the Topper 4-H display at the insurance office in Mount Pulaski.

In addition, there was an individual first-place poster winner, Molly Schempp, from the Atlanta Ag 4-H.
