Accident

Oct. 13, 11:31 a.m.

Accident occurred in the 1600 block of Woodlawn Road at the intersection with Malerich Drive.

  • Maxheimer, Dolores M., 77-year-old female, Mount Pulaski; 2000 Buick Limited

  • Schmidt, Kara Vogel, 33-year-old female, Atlanta; 2007 Chevrolet Suburban

Maxheimer said she was approaching the traffic signal on Woodlawn and was preparing to turn into the left turn lane to go onto Malerich. Schmidt was already in the lane, and Maxheimer hit her.

Lincoln Police Department report for Thursday, Oct. 14

  • Wilkerson, Jacob P., 20-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Oct. 13 on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear on charges of aggravated battery, mob action and possession of cannabis. Bonds were set at $10,000 and $6,000, each with 10 percent payable.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department report for Thursday, Oct. 14

  • Bradburn, Debra G., 58-year-old female, of Lincoln, arrested Oct. 13 at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,500, 10 percent.

  • Bradburn, Roger L., 52-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Oct. 13 at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,500, 10 percent.

  • Luckhart, Bradney L., 44-year-old male, of Lincoln, arrested Oct. 13 in the 1600 block of 825 Avenue, rural Lincoln, on Class A charge of domestic battery.

  • Winkelmann, Robert L., 19-year-old male, of Mount Pulaski, arrested at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear on charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $1,000, 10 percent.
