LINCOLN -- Mary Anna Carlton, 81, of
Lincoln, formerly of Germantown Hills, died Sunday, April 3, 2011 at
The Christian Village. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Olmstead
Funeral Home in Heber Springs, Ark. Her funeral
will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Holiness Church in
Prim, Ark.

Burial will be in Everett Cemetery, Prim, Ark.
Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home in Lincoln
is handling arrangements.
Mrs. Carlton retired from the Bemis Co. in Peoria
after many years with the company.
She was born Feb. 16, 1930, in Salado, Ark. Her
parents were Harvey P. and Ruth M. Sproul Stephens.
She married Jasper H. Carlton. He preceded her in
death in 2004.
She is survived by one daughter, Retha (and
Terry) Jermac of Peoria; three sons, Timmie Owen
(and Lana) Carlton of Lincoln, Terry (and Pat)
Carlton of Lincoln and Christopher (and Thelma)
Carlton of Prim, Ark.; 10 grandchildren; four
stepgrandchildren; many great-grandchildren; one
brother, Carl Stephens of Prim, Ark.; and one
sister, Emogene Lockard of Prim, Ark.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers
and one grandchild. |
She attended Neighbors to Nations Community Church
in Lincoln.
