Lincoln MTI, a fifth-grade team sponsored by Midwest Technical Institute, won the fifth-grade championship at the Athens Warrior Classic.

MTI defeated Springfield Lightning 38-16, Hillsboro 38-18, ACV 47-17 and beat Robinson 41-29 in the championship game.
