Tuesday evening, Miss Kelsi Ubbenga was crowned the 2011 Miss Logan County Fair. After an evening of competition, Kelsi stood out above the rest as the one who should rule in Logan County for the coming year.
Kelsi is the 18-year-old daughter of Kevin and Gail Ubbenga of Hartsburg. She is a graduate of Hartsburg-Emden High School and plans to attend the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana this fall.
