MOUNT PULASKI -- A service for Kevin
Rupert Milligan, 60, formerly of Mount Pulaski, will be at 10 a.m.
Monday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mount Pulaski,
with Pastor Harold Weber officiating. Visitation will be one hour
prior to the service.
He died June 18, 2011, in Angeles City, Philippines. |

Interment will be at a later date. Mr. Milligan
was a retired high school teacher and worked on a
naval base in Guam.
He was born July 22, 1950, in Lincoln to Rupert
and Mary Milligan.
He is survived by his mother, Mary K Milligan of
Mount Pulaski; and two brothers, Stuart (and wife
Elizabeth and nephew Stuart Rupert) Milligan of Seal
Beach, Calif., and Shane (and wife Jacqueline and
niece Mary Kathryn) Milligan of Austin, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his father.
During summer vacations, Kevin traveled
extensively in Indonesia and the Marianas. |
Memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church
or the donor's choice.
