Burial will be in Zion Cemetery.
Mr. Katz was retired from farming in West Lincoln
Township.
He was born June 13, 1912, in Lincoln. His
parents were Joseph and Bertha Johnson Katz. He
married Esther Hendrickson on Nov. 9, 1933, in
Lincoln. She preceded him in death on Nov. 23, 2005.
He is survived by one son, David (and Becky) Katz
of Lincoln; three grandchildren and two
stepgrandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and
five great-great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by a half brother
and a half sister.
He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church of
Lincoln and the Logan County Farm Bureau. |
