LINCOLN --
A memorial service for Kenneth "Jack" Elkins, 78, of Port St. Lucie,
Fla., formerly of Lincoln, will be on Monday, July 11, at South
Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, Fla. |

Mr. Elkins died June 24, 2011, at his home.
Arrangements are by All County Funeral Home
Crematory and Treasure Coast Chapel.
He is survived by his wife, Jane Ann; two sons,
Steven (and Anita) Elkins of Continental, Ohio, and
Edward Bruce of Dania, Fla.; one daughter, Sherry
Jarrard of Clayton, Ga.; one brother, Bailey (and
Gladys) Elkins of Lincoln; one sister, Geraldine
"Geri" (and Wayne) Lowman of Cape Coral, Fla.; six
grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William
"Bill" and Catherine Elkins; five sisters; three
brothers; and his grandparents.
He graduated from Lincoln Community High School
and served in the Marine Corps.
