LINCOLN --
Charles Dean Jackson, 42, of Lincoln, died Monday, July 11, 2011, at
Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

Visitation will be from noon until 1 p.m. Friday at Holland Barry &
Bennett Funeral Home. His funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Zion Cemetery.
He was born
Jan. 4, 1969. His parents were Dean and Clara Smith
Jackson. He married Melissa Lange on Jan. 3, 2007.
He is survived by his wife, of Broadwell; five
brothers, Greg Merreighn of Lincoln, Francis
"Junior" Merreighn of New Holland, Danny Merreighn
of Lincoln, Jack Merreighn of Lincoln and Ronnie
Merreighn of Lincoln; one sister, Patsy Cobb of
Lincoln; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one
sister, June Minder.
He collected wolves, crosses, dragons and
skulls. He enjoyed movies, drinking coffee and his
wife's cooking. He was also an avid animal lover.

will be accepted at the funeral home.
