Illini Bank is currently recruiting for an Assistant Bank Manager to work at our Lincoln Office.

Qualified applicants must have strong experience in both consumer and mortgage lending. A college degree in business or finance is preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in lobby services, new accounts or other customer related experience is required, as well as, one year of experience in mortgage based lending. Successful sales history, with the ability to cross sell products and services. Must have a general knowledge of laws, rules and regulations that pertain to lending and deposit products.
