RPAC is a political
action committee that fights for the consumer's rights. It is our
eyes and ears in the state and federal legislatures. RPAC reads the
bills, even the fine print, disects the information, and finally
alerts all REALTORS® to get the word to the local markets. As
consumers, many of you have benefited from the $8000 tax credit for
purchasing a home. All property owners should be thankful that a
reduced mortgage interest deduction was not implemented. These are
just a couple of the services that RPAC continues to monitor and
bring to all of our attention so that we can let our legislators
know how this bill will influence our local communities. If you
would like to read more about what is and isn’t law because of RPAC,
