Invitation to Bid
The Logan
County Buildings and Grounds Committee is seeking bids for repair of
the windows in the Logan County Courthouse.

Bids must
be received in the clerk’s office by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, November 1,
2011 or be hand-delivered to the Buildings and Grounds Committee
meeting in the Logan County Safety Complex at 7:00 pm on Tuesday,
November 1, 2011, at which time bids will be opened.

mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Monday, Oct. 17, 2011 at 11
am at the courthouse.
The successful bidder will be required to enter into a written
contract with Logan County. Firms doing business with Logan County
when federal funds are used are required to pay prevailing wage to
employees and comply with the Davis-Bacon Act. Logan County is a
tax-exempt governmental body. The successful bidder must also comply
with the Buy American and Waste Management provisions of the
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
Logan County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to
waive irregularities therein. All bidders must agree that such
rejection shall be without liability on the part of Logan County for
any penalty brought by a bidder because of such rejections, nor
shall the bidders seek any recourse of any kind against the County
due to any such rejections and the filling of any bid in response to
this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the bidder to these
conditions.
