The Store Manager is responsible for
meeting/exceeding sales plan, daily operations,
recruiting, training and coaching a sales team.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of two years
of experience as management in retail or the customer
service industry with a history of results in sales and
leadership. This is a full time salaried position with a
monthly and annual bonus program. Benefits are available
after 90 days.
ASSISTANT MANAGER
The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store
Manager and is responsible for meeting/exceeding sales
plan, daily operations, recruiting, training and
coaching a sales team. Qualified candidates should have
at least two years of experience retail or the customer
service industry with a history of results in sales.
This is a full time hourly position with a monthly and
annual bonus program. Benefits are available after 90
days.
