Invitation to Bid
Logan
County is requesting proposals for group dental, vision and life
insurance coverage for Logan County employees.
Agents
may submit proposals for any or all of these coverages.
The
dental and vision proposals must be submitted by qualified group
health benefit providers through their agents with experience in
medical/health insurance.
Proposals must be received at the

later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2011.
