Saturday at the fair was all about food, as the
Logan County Fair Chili Cook-off was going on in the
Knights of Columbus Pavilion, and the first-ever pie baking contest
was going on in an exhibit barn not far away.
At the
chili cook-off,
judges were on board
to sample chili for flavor, appearance and texture. They were given bowls of chili identified by number, judging
sheets and as much cold K of C beer as needed to cleanse their palates. Pictures by
