Monday morning The Christian Village Memory Care Center was dedicated in memory of former Christian Homes CEO George Gahr. Gahr served the ministry of Christian Homes from 1966 to 2001, first as Christian Village administrator and then as longtime president and CEO of Christian Homes. Gahr died April 14, 2012, at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

On Monday a large group gathered to witness the dedication, including many friends, family members, Christian Home employees and acquaintances.
