Robert V. "Boe" Perry, 55, of Lincoln, died Monday, Aug. 20, 2012, at
8:10 a.m. at his home.

Lincoln- Robert V. "Boe" Perry, 55, of Lincoln
passed away on August 20, 2012 at his home. We can
rejoice in knowing that he is back with his wife
Patty in heaven.
Graveside Services for Boe will be held on Monday,
August 27, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. at the Holy Cross
Cemetery in Lincoln. No visitation is scheduled. Family will greet
friends at the Knights of Columbus Hall for a
Celebration of Boe's life following the graveside
service. Cremation rites have been accorded.
Robert Vance "Boe" Perry was born on November 5,
1956 in Lincoln the son of Thomas E. and Jerolane
Miller Perry. He was united in marriage with Patrice
"Patty" Lloyd in Springfield on June 4, 1983. She
preceded him in death on November 18, 2003.
Surviving Boe is his companion of many years: Cheryl
Boyd, two sons: Robert M. Perry of Denver, Co.,
Patrick M. Perry of Chicago. one sister: Sharon D.
Perry of Denver, Co., two brothers: James A. (Patty)
Perry of Denver, Co., Thomas "Ted" (Marlene) Perry
of Lincoln. Cheryl's children: Candice Elkins and
Colby Elkins.
He was preceded in death by his wife and parents.

Boe graduated from Lincoln Community High School in
1975. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church
in Lincoln. His love for the outdoors was reflected in the cabin
that he built with his best friends. It was there
that
he spent many of his weekends. He loved to fish,
camp or just plain be outdoors.
Boe loved music and was a keyboard with Magnum Force
and the Debbie Ross Band. There were few who didn't know Boe's quick wit and
love for his girlfriend, his precious sons and
family whom he adored.
Boe owned and operated Letter Perfect Sign Company
since 1989.
Memorials may be made to Lincoln Community High
School Theater Department.
