WLB 8th grade wins final home game

[December 19, 2012]  The West Lincoln-Broadwell Wolverines (8-2) defeated the visiting Carroll Catholic Crusaders 44-24 behind Casey Mollohan's 16-point, 15-rebound performance, while Alex O'Donoghue posted 10 points with his 12 rebounds. Preston Ebelherr and Zac Montcalm each made six points, while Ryan Steffens had four and Nate Sprague added two.

The seventh-grade Wolverines (5-5) dropped a 43-29 decision. Jack Eimer led the offense with 11 points and Payton Batley had eight. Rounding out the scoring for WLB were Carter McCraith with four, Zach Morris with three, Blake Jones with two and Will Tiffany with one.

The Wolverines traveled to play at Springfield Christian on Tuesday. (See report.)
