Mayor Keith Snyder took some time last week to draw out a bar graph showing aldermen of the Lincoln City Council how the city could benefit from a TIF district.  The voting agenda for tonight's meeting of the council includes a motion to enter into the first step of a TIF: a feasibility study to determine if the downtown area qualifies for a rehabilitation TIF.  Read more about this in the TOP STORY below.
