[June 23, 2012]  ST. LOUIS (AP) -- A second former St. Louis Rams employee has filed a suit against the NFL team claiming age discrimination.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch (http://bit.ly/KRen5y) reports that 56-year-old Lory Fabian filed suit on Wednesday, claiming the team in recent years has been forcing out middle-aged women in favor of younger workers.

The suit also alleges sexual harassment by a Rams employee and says the team retaliated against Fabian for complaining.

The suit says she was fired from her job as alumni coordinator in May 2011.

The Rams did not respond to interview requests.

In May, former equipment manager Todd Hewitt filed suit alleging he was fired because of his age. He was 54 when he was let go after spending his entire career with the team.
