Jewel F. Allsopp, 84, of Lincoln, died Sunday, June 24, 2012, at
2:15 a.m. at St. Clara's Manor.

LINCOLN-Jewel F. Allsopp, 84, of Lincoln died at 2:15
a.m. on June 24, 2012 at St. Clara’s Manor, Lincoln, IL.
Jewel was born on July 2, 1927 in Campbellsville, KY the
daughter of Lloyd and Nellie Thomas Feese. She married John
Allsopp on December 25, 1954. He preceded her in death on
December 19, 2006.

Jewel is survived by three children: Lloyd T.
Allsopp of Irvine, CA; Mark (Julie) Allsopp of Morris, IL
and Pamela J. Allsopp of Normal, IL; one brother: Charles
(Cheryl) Feese of Springfield, IL; one sister-in-law: Clara
Hobbs of Springfield, IL; four grandchildren: Megan (Brad)
Engelman of Godly, IL; Erin (Mark) Fiske of Morris, IL;
Kendall Allsopp of Irvine, CA and Jacob Allsopp of Morris,
IL; and three great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her
parents, husband, three brothers: Wilmer, Cassius, and
Henry; two sisters: Mildred and Lula.
Visitation will be Friday, June 29, 2012 from
4:00-6:00 p.m. at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home,
Lincoln, IL. Services will follow visitation at 6:00
p.m. with Tim Searby officiating. Burial will be at Elkhart
Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be given to Lincoln
Christian Church.
