Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce director Andi Hake was up to no good Thursday afternoon, and here she is caught in the act. The car being wrapped with police tape belongs to departing Lincoln & Logan County Development Partnership director Mike Maniscalco. A reception was held for Maniscalco Thursday, and while well-wishers were inside the Farm Bureau building on the downtown square saying goodbye to Maniscalco, Hake and a little group of accomplices gave him a special going-away gift.
