Monday
morning a marker was placed at the old Civil
War soldier statue burial site in Postville
Park. The marker was created to be
reminiscent of the style used in the 1860s in most cemeteries
and seems very fitting for a piece of Logan
County history that stood on the courthouse lawn
for nearly 140 years.
