Illinois country grain prices were
higher on Wednesday afternoon.
Technical buying at the Board of
Trade and South American crop concerns helped to move future's
prices higher.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids 12 to 14 cents higher at 7.33-7.50.
Soybean bids were 14 to 17 cents
higher at 15.17-15.28.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 12 to 15 cents higher at 7.45-7.63.
Soybean bids were 11 to 14 cents
higher at 15.29-15.42.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 14 to
16 cents higher at 7.23-7.66.
Soybean bids were 15 to 18 cents
higher at 15.22-15.43.
Wheat bids were mostly 8 cents
higher at 8.28-8.50.
