REFERENDUM TO INCREASE THE EXTENSION LIMITATION RATE FOR CHESTNUT
STREET LIGHT DISTRICT
Shall the extension limitation under the Property Tax Extension
Limitation Law for Chestnut Street Light District, Logan County,
Illinois, be increased from the lesser of 5% or the percentage
increase in the Consumer Price Index over the prior levy year to
262.7% per year for 2012?

tax extendable against property containing a single family residence
and having a fair market value at the time of the referendum of
$100,000.00, without consideration for any exemptions, is estimated
to be $71.58.
CEMETERY MAINTENANCE PROPOSITION
Shall ORVIL TOWNSHIP, Logan County, Illinois levy an annual tax
not to exceed .20% of assessed value for the control and maintenance
of and the purchase of land and construction of necessary buildings
for
cemeteries controlled, managed and owned by ORVIL TOWNSHIP, Logan
County, Illinois?
