LCHS cross country

[September 04, 2012]  STANFORD -- The Lincoln High School cross country team had their first meet on Tuesday at Olympia vs. Olympia and Heyworth.

Lincoln had four girls in the top 10:

• Maddy Cooper, 4th: 22:27

• Katie Harris, 6th: 23:35

• Lizzi Herzog, 9th: 26:32

• Brianna Batley, 10th: 27:33

Lincoln had one boy in the top 10, taking first place:

• John Davis, 1st: 17:29

"It was an awesome first meet, especially in the 97-degree heat!" said Lincoln coach Kaitlin Kwiatkowski.
