INVITATION TO BID
SNOW
REMOVAL
The Logan
County Board is seeking bids for snow removal at the following
County parking lots when the snow reaches two (2) inches:
Animal Control – 1517 N. Kickapoo St.
Safety Complex – 911 Pekin St.
Dr. John Logan Building – 122 N. McLean St.
Health Department – 109 Third St.
Logan County Courthouse ramps – 601 Broadway St.
Bidders should list a
separate bid for each location.
Sealed bids will be received at the Logan County Clerk’s office by
4:00 P.M. on Monday, October 1, 2012. Bids will be opened at the
Building and Grounds meeting on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at 7:00
P.M. in the Blue Room at the Logan County Safety Complex.
The Logan County Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids
and to waive irregularities therein and all bidders must agree that
such rejection shall be without liability on the part of Logan
County for any penalty brought by a bidder because of such
rejections, nor shall the bidders seek any recourse of any kind
against the County because of such rejection and the filing of any
bid in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of
the bidder to these conditions. A Certificate
of Insurance must be furnished by the person who submits the
approved bid.
