Richard J. "Rick" Aviza, 54, of Lincoln, died Thursday, Dec. 26,
2013, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

Lincoln- Richard J. "Rick" Aviza, 54, of Lincoln
passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2013 at
Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.
Funeral services for Rick will be held on Tuesday,
December 31, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Peasley
Funeral Home in Lincoln with Rev. Jeffrey G.
Laible officiating.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the
time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Lincoln.
Richard Joseph Aviza was born on May 31, 1959 in
Lincoln the son of Konstant Joseph and Patricia Ann
Simpson Aviza.

Rick is survived by his mother: Patricia of Lincoln,
three sisters: Diane (Duane) Eeten of Hartsburg,
Barbara (Gene) Bernahl, Donna Aviza all of
Lincoln. One step brother: David (Janean) Aviza of
Coldwater, Mi. Two nephews: Jason Walters, Caiden
Musick. One niece: Jessica Walters.
He was preceded in death by his father.
He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. He
was also a member of the Bad Manners Band.
